Are your products in stock?

Yes. All products are pre-made and ready to ship unless clearly stated as Pre-Order on the product page.

How should I wash my garments?

Wash cold, inside out, with gentle detergent
Hang or lay flat to dry for best results
Note: Washing or drying on high heat will cause shrinkage and may alter fabric treatments

What payment methods do you accept?

Our primary payment method is BIBD bank transfer.

We also accept Baiduri bank transfer. To arrange Baiduri payment, please reach out to us via Instagram @leftbound.clo, and we’ll provide further details.

Can I pay 50% / Installment?

Yes. We offer a 50% deposit option on selected items. By choosing this option, you may pay 50% of the total amount upfront to secure your order, with the remaining 50% payable on your next payday.

Full payment is also available at checkout. Availability of the deposit option will be indicated on the product page or at checkout. Deposit payments are non-refundable.

Do you offer Cash On Delivery (COD)?

No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery.

All orders are delivered via a third-party courier service, which is not affiliated with Leftbound.

We do offer a free self pick-up option, but please note that the self pick-up location is independent and cannot accept cash payments. Payment must be completed online at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Pre-made orders are processed on the same day or the next business day after payment confirmation. Delivery within Brunei typically takes 2-3 business days, depending on courier availability.

For pre-orders, delivery may take approximately 4-7 weeks, depending on production and shipping timelines.

Can I cancel or change my order after payment?

No. Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your order details carefully before completing payment.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging. We do not offer exchanges. Sale and pre-order items are final sale. Please refer to our Returns & Final Sale Policy for full details.

I’m an influencer / creator. Do you accept collaborations?
