Returns & Final Sale Policy
Due to the limited nature of our releases, we maintain strict quality control and clear return conditions to ensure fairness for all customers.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets all eligibility requirements.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at support@shopleftbound.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange request. Once we review your request and approve the return, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product.
- Customers are responsible for following the return instructions, and upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund for the original order. Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, you can place a new order after receiving the refund :)
- We have a one-week return policy. This means that if you do not contact us within one week of receiving your order, we will be unable to process any return requests.
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any reason. If you would like a different size or item, you may place a new order after your return has been approved and the refund has been issued.
Final Sale Clause
If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, we will be unable to process any return requests. Items that do not meet the return eligibility requirements will be considered final sale, and no refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued.
